DNG Software Pty Ltd builds software that runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange content is processed directly between your tenant and Microsoft services and is never stored on our servers. We collect only the minimal information necessary to provide licensing, updates and support.
DNG SOFTWARE PTY LTD (ACN 696 282 541, ABN 56 696 282 541) (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our software products — including SharePoint Toolkit and Sightline 365 (each a “Product”) — and when you visit any of our websites, including www.dng-software.com, www.sharepointtoolkit.com, and www.sightline365.com (each a “Site”).
By using any Product or Site you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you use our Products to discover, migrate or copy content, the Product processes your SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange content using Microsoft Graph APIs within your own Microsoft 365 tenant. This content — list items, documents, mailbox items, and their metadata — is transferred directly between Microsoft services under your existing permissions and is never transmitted to or stored on servers we operate.
